H-002 - 9.8 oz organic cotton natural herringbone denim
from Kuroki, Japan
1 × 50 cm = 50 cm Gesamtlänge
This 9.8 oz Japanese Herringbone Denim impresses as a pilot fabric with a calm, homogeneous appearance in a deep Dark Indigo Blue. The front is herringbone, the back is chambray, held together by dotted weaving. When new, the fabric looks even and clear, but with increasing wear and several washes, it develops a lighter, color-intensive blue with a vibrant appeal.
With its light to medium weight, the denim is versatile for jeans, chinos, shirts, jackets, dresses, skirts or overshirts. It offers a good balance of stability and wearing comfort, making it ideal for demanding sewing projects, DIY applications or industrial processing.
This is not selvedge denim, which means the selvage remains open. This characteristic can be used specifically, for example, for finishing with an overlock stitch or other clean finishing solutions.

Please do not wash the denim before processing. As an unwashed "raw selvage" fabric, it only develops its characteristic structure and fit through wear.
Wash the finished garment only after it is completely sewn. The respective shrinkage values for length and width should therefore be taken into account during pattern construction and size planning.
