This 12 oz Dotted Indigo Selvage Denim from Japan is made by Nihon Menpu in Ibara and is distinguished by its characteristic dotted pattern. Even in its raw state, the fabric displays a vibrant texture that is particularly accentuated by the special weaving technique.
The denim has a high shrinkage rate – the first wash creates a distinct relief: the dotted pattern stands out in relief and develops a sculptural, almost three-dimensional effect that gives the fabric exceptional depth.
