H-002 - 9.8 oz natural herringbone denim
from Kuroki, Japan
1 × 50 cm = 50 cm Gesamtlänge
This 9.8 oz Japanese Herringbone Denim impresses as a pilot fabric with a calm, homogeneous appearance in a deep dark indigo blue. The front is herringbone, the back chambray, held together by a dotted weave. In its new condition, the fabric looks uniform and clear, but develops a lighter, color-intense blue with a lively radiance with increased wear and multiple washes.
With its light to medium weight, the denim is versatile for jeans, chinos, shirts, jackets, dresses, skirts, or overshirts. It offers a good balance of stability and comfort and is therefore ideal for demanding sewing projects, DIY applications, or industrial processing.
It is not selvedge denim, which leaves the woven edge open. This characteristic can be used deliberately, for example, to refine it with a chain stitch or other clean finishing solutions.

Please do not wash the denim before processing. As unwashed "raw selvage," the fabric only develops its characteristic structure and fit through wear.
Wash the finished garment only after complete assembly. The respective length and width shrinkage values should therefore be taken into account during pattern making and sizing planning.
